Products and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Select the correct product, color, size, and quantity before adding an item to your cart. Available options and prices are shown on each product page. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information so we can process your order and contact you if needed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Credit-card payments are processed through Authorize.net.
Shipping
In-stock apparel and gear generally ship within 1–3 business days after order processing. This processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Returns and refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us before mailing a return. The policy explains item condition requirements, nonreturnable items, return shipping, and refunds.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Custom and special-order products
For custom boards and other custom or special-order products, contact us to confirm specifications, pricing, fulfillment, and delivery arrangements before ordering. Custom and special-order products are subject to the eligibility rules in our Refund and Returns Policy.
